Project Overview:

The proposed Old-Age Home aims to provide a safe, comfortable, and dignified living space for elderly individuals who are homeless, neglected, or without family support.

The facility will not only provide shelter but also nutritious meals, medical care, emotional support, and opportunities for social interaction.

Project Cost Estimate: Land Cost: ₹90,00,000 (90 Lakhs) Building Construction Cost: ₹2,00,00,000 (2 Crore) Total Project Cost: ₹2,90,00,000 (2 Crore 90 Lakhs)

Project Goals:

1. To provide shelter and safety for 100+ elderly residents.

2. To ensure daily nutritious meals and clean drinking water.

3. To offer basic healthcare and regular medical check-ups.

4. To create a community of belonging where elders feel respected and loved.

5. To establish recreational and spiritual activities to enhance well-being.

Facilities Planned:

Residential rooms with proper bedding and sanitation. Dining hall with kitchen. Medical room with tie-ups to hospitals. Common hall for social, cultural, and religious activities. Garden/green space for relaxation.
